1. Download the Dolphin emulator file.
2. Extract the file and place it into a folder.
3. Now run the file.

The update method is same as installing the new file. Always check the latest version update. Download the updated file. Extract the file and place it to the Dolphin emulator folder. Now run the file you will see the updated file.
