The Black version game was published by Nintendo and The Pokémon Company for the Nintendo DS gaming console. This is considered a sixth-generation Pokemon game. As the sequel of this Pokemon Black 2 Version and Pokémon White 2 were released in 2012. Pokemon Black

Pokemon Black and white is a role-playing game. The gameplay is most similar to other versions of Pokémon Games. The game consists of three screens.

  1. An overworld, in which the player navigates the main character
  2. Battle Screen
  3. Menu screen to configure player’s party, items, or gameplay settings.

The player can capture more and more Pokemon with the help of Poke Balls but at the start of the game, he has only one Pokémon. A player can carry up to six Pokemon at a time. A new thing is introduced in this game with the name of Pokemon center. These centers are a group of PC to store Pokemon. In these buildings, the player can also heal their Pokemon health.

In Pokemon Black and white, the Pokemon has four moves and six states. These states are maximum hit point(HP), Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed. Attack and Special Attack.

The screen turns into a turn-based battle screen when a player fights with a wild Pokemon. Players can use a move, switch between Pokémon, or flee. But the Pokémon can not flee against those Pokémon who is stronger than them. The Pokémon can not fight anymore when the HP reduces to Zero until he revived. Pokemon Black is based in the Unova region, New York. This region is consists of cities and towns that are connected with each other through routes.
