Pokemon Fire Red is a remake of the role-playing game Pokémon Red and Blue. This game is developed by Game Freak, and published by The Pokémon Company and Nintendo for the Game Boy Advance console. Pokemon Fire Red is a third-generation Pokémon series game released in 2004 in Japan. The game is mostly similar to the older version but there are some changes are included in the new version. Now the contextual help menu is added and the player can access a new region after getting the required points in the Story Mode.
This game received a mixture of positive and negative reviews. Due to having the same gameplay as the older version. But still, they sold around 12 million copies of the game worldwide.
Gameplay and Story
On the main screen, a menu interface can be accessed in which the player can configure his Pokemon, item, and gameplay settings. The screen switches into a turn-based battle screen when the player fights with wild Pokémon or trainer’s Pokemon. The player can switch his Pokémon, can select a move, and can see the flight status during the fight. Every pokemon has a hitpoint (HP). if the hp is reduced to zero the pokemon can not be fought until he is revived.
